We offer several convenient payment methods, including PayPal, credit, and debit cards. Additionally, you can pay in instalments through our partner, Klarna.

For custom orders, we require full payment upfront, including shipping costs and any engravings. Your order will commence production only after payment is received.

We can send you a payment link with a special invoice, which you can pay online using your debit or credit card. Alternatively, you can make a bank transfer after requesting our bank details. We will confirm the start of production once the transfer appears in our account. Sending proof of transfer can expedite this process.

Any credit issued by us, such as from an exchange or gift voucher, can be used until the end of the calendar year, before our annual closure between Christmas and New Year's Day. After this date, the credit note will expire and cannot be used. We encourage you to use your credit within the allotted time.

We are committed to transparency and responsible stock management, selling our products at fair prices that reflect the value of materials and craftsmanship. Therefore, we do not offer special discounts on multiple items.

Our engravings are done externally by qualified partners, and we cannot offer discounts on these services. We also do not participate in sales practices that would compromise our commitment to responsible stock management. Instead, we aim to provide high-quality jewellery that suits various budgets. Our prices are not reassessed annually to ensure consistency for our customers.

Currently, we do not offer tax refund services due to administrative and logistical reasons. However, we are working to implement this service soon to meet the demands of our customers. Thank you for your understanding.
