What is Your Return Policy for a Purchase?

At Astral Joaillerie, our jewellery is crafted with love, and we hope it brings joy to the recipient. If a piece of jewellery does not meet your expectations after an online purchase, we offer an exchange under certain conditions.

Exchanges are possible for any jewellery in a collection and in standard sizes (except special orders, custom-sized rings, or engraved jewellery, which cannot be exchanged or refunded) within 15 days of your package being shipped.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our team to confirm the return possibility and understand the return conditions within 15 days of receiving your purchase. The jewellery must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and unworn. Failure to meet these requirements will make the exchange impossible.

If you wish to exchange non-personalised jewellery for an identical piece in a different colour, we will create it for you within the usual order times if it is not in stock. You can also exchange non-personalised jewellery for any other type of jewellery in the collection.

If the new jewellery is less expensive than your original piece, a credit note for the difference will be valid until 31 December of the same calendar year. Our team is dedicated to your satisfaction and is available to offer tailored solutions.

What is Your Refund Policy?

For online purchases, we are legally obliged to issue a refund if requested within 14 days of the purchase date and order validation. However, this does not apply to personalised jewellery (custom-sized rings, engraved, or made-to-order pieces).

What if I Ordered a Specific Custom-Made Size?

Any order in a specific size is tailored to your needs and cannot be exchanged or refunded. As each customer is unique, a custom-sized piece cannot meet another person's preferences or be part of our permanent stock. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to carefully consider your order and desired customisation, as per the conditions on our product pages.

What if I Have Made a Special Order?

Special orders are created specifically for you and cannot be exchanged or refunded. This includes women's rings in very small or large sizes, jewellery with specially selected stones, pieces in non-standard gold colours, men's wedding rings, and any engraved or personalised orders. We count on your understanding to carefully consider your order and desired personalisation.

What is Your Exchange Policy for the End of the Year?

We hope our jewellery brings joy, especially during the holiday season. If a piece is not suitable for a purchase made between 1 December and 23 December, we offer an exchange under certain conditions until 15 January.

Exchanges are possible for any jewellery in a collection and in standard sizes (except special orders, custom-sized rings, or engraved jewellery) until 15 January. Please contact our team to confirm the return possibility and understand the return conditions as soon as possible. The jewellery must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and unworn. Our workshop will validate the exchange possibility.
