What Delivery Methods Can I Choose if I am in France?

When you live in France, we offer the following shipping methods:

Delivery to a Relay Point:

  • €3.90 - free from €89
  • For any order placed before 12 noon, receive your order within 48 hours at more than 4,300 relay points.
  • The service is provided by:

Standard Home Delivery:

  • €6.90 - free from €129
  • For any order placed before 12 noon, receive your order directly at your home within 48 working hours.

Express Home Delivery:

  • €11.90 - free from €249
  • For any order placed before 12 noon, receive your order directly at your home within 24/48 working hours.

What Delivery Methods Can I Choose if I am Abroad (Outside the EU)?

When you live internationally outside the European Union, we have chosen to opt for total transparency and maximum security of your order. Thus, we offer you the following service:

FedEx (with customs clearance service selected for you): €89

Note that in this case, you benefit from:

  • A tax-free sale (your local taxes remain at your expense and are to be paid on receipt of the package directly with FedEx).
  • A secure shipment in a sealed package, the shipping costs of which we specify according to the destination.
  • A customs clearance service facilitating the receipt of a parcel of sensitive goods.
  • Delivery times between 2 and 4 days but subject to customs clearance requirements.

For your shipments to the UK and Switzerland, we offer your shipment via:

  • Colissimo International: €25 (delivery time 4 to 7 working days). French taxes will be deducted from you, and your local taxes will apply upon receipt of your package at Swiss/British Customs.

Please note that delivery times depend on customs clearance, which may be longer or shorter depending on the ongoing Covid epidemic and Brexit. We invite you to anticipate your needs and contact our team for any questions.

How is My Delivery Organised?

Once your jewellery is ready, we prepare your package for shipping. Depending on the type of shipment selected and your need to be available to receive it, we will contact you to confirm your availability, the shipping address, and inform you of its shipment by giving you the tracking number of your package.

Behind the scenes, we ensure that your package is delivered on time and support you if necessary.

How Do I Make Sure That My Package Remains a Surprise or Arrives Separately?

Our neutral packages only carry their shipping label, which will mention the sender. Discreet, it remains legible by the person to whom the package will be delivered.

We advise you, if you wish it to be discreetly delivered, to notify us of a suitable period for sending it to your home (express delivery during an absence of your loved one, for example), to give us a safe address (your office and precise address for example), or the address of a third party and its contact details so that we can organise the transport according to your requirements.

Do not hesitate to contact our team according to your needs and constraints.

Does My Delivery Have to Be Made to My Home?

Your delivery can be arranged to the destination and address of your choice. You can tell us when you place your order in your e-shop or by email the address you want to use to send your package. Whether it's an address like your office, the address of a third party, a second home or a vacation home, or the address of the person to whom the jewellery will be offered, everything is possible.

We will consider with you the best delivery options in this case according to your availability at the desired location or that of the person receiving the package.

How Long Does It Take to Receive My Package Depending on the Delivery Method Chosen?

Depending on the shipping method chosen, delivery times range from the day after the order (express shipping and if the item is in stock, information received and confirmed with our team in person before 2 p.m., and same-day shipping for delivery the next day) to about 10 days.

We invite you to choose the option adapted to your order and your place of residence in the next section. Our team makes sure to bring you the greatest satisfaction and to be foresighted enough to meet your needs when we receive your order. However, we cannot be held responsible for the incompressible delays of the postal services if you opt for a solution that is not adapted to the urgency of your request, nor for the imponderables of the latter (strikes, delays in delivery, etc.).

Of course, we will do everything we can to assist you in all situations.

Which Delivery Method Should I Choose if My Purchase is Very Urgent?

If your purchase is very urgent, please contact our team as soon as possible so that we can support your need as quickly as possible.

When you live in France, we offer the following shipping methods:

  • Chronopost/UPS (express delivery on D+1): €30
  • These rates vary outside of metropolitan France.
  • For the Paris region, we can offer a courier service on request and subject to availability for same-day delivery of items in stock.
Can I Decide With You on the Delivery Day?

Deciding with our team on the delivery day for express or courier shipments is possible, so contact our team to specify your requirements.

Note that we have control over the day of dispatch and the solicitation of our partners. On the other hand, we are dependent on local delivery operators and any exceptional event that would disrupt the good organisation at the end of the course (Covid, strikes, transport or weather problems, etc.).

In the case of other delivery methods, however, please note that this will not be possible for you. However, we can count on the desired week of reception with you to help you.

Can I Have My Delivery Within the Day in Paris?

This option can be offered to you on request, depending on the availability of our super couriers. Do not hesitate to contact our team for your request!

Can I Benefit From the Tax Refund When I am Delivered?

To date, we do not yet offer the tax refund service. We are working to meet this wish of our international customers and ask for a little patience in the face of cumbersome administrative procedures that require a particular time to set up. We thank you for your understanding and patience.

When you live internationally outside the European Union and shipping is necessary, note that your sale will be made tax-free, as your national taxes will apply upon receipt of your order.
